Our telephone is prepaid. You will be able to make outgoing international calls and we will provide you with the villa¹s telephone number on arrival. We supply you with a starter card but for extensive use you will need to purchase recharge phone cards from the local supermarket and load the amount purchased into the phone.

We recommend that you use your mobile telephone during your stay so as to avoid any delay in the return of your breakage and security deposit. If you prefer, you can rent a mobile telephone from the relevant kiosks on your arrival at Cape Town International Airport.

We are obliged to freeze an agreed- upon amount on the clients credit card upon arrival in lieu of a breakage and security deposit. The deposit is held should there be any breakages, damages or costs incurred during the clients occupation, i.e. repairs and maintenance costs, etc. These amounts owing will be deducted from the breakage and security deposit and the balance released.

Should you wish to increase the number of occupants in the villa, there will be an additional cost per person per day for the duration of the stay. It is essential that you inform us before your departure of the numbers in your party.

No pets are allowed in the villa during your occupation period without prior approval.

Should you have any problems during your stay, it is essential that you contact us for assistance. We are on 24-hour call and will be only too happy to assist you in any way, leaving you free to enjoy your holiday.

Please ensure that you and all the members in your party are covered by comprehensive travel insurance. Please ensure that you are adequately covered for all eventualities.

High quality sheets, pillowcases, blankets or duvets are provided in all our villa. There are normally two sets of towels per person and the linen is changed twice weekly. Italian Frette beach towels are provided.

Our Villa has two live on the property servants. They clean the Villa and maintain the garden daily.

Our property is residential in nature and may only be used for residential purposes. No film or photographic shoots may be conducted without our consent.
